About Schule
Schule was founded on October 7, 2015 in Podgorica. Named after the German word for school - a house that learns and works simultaneously. Led by two co-founders: Radovan Šušić (Executive Director) and Kristina Šušić (Chief Operating Officer). Behind them, 20 years of experience in economic consulting, court expertise, EU funds, China cooperation and AI integration. With a wide network of collaborators in our orbit - Bartholdi Labs (Brussels-Frankfurt-Vienna axis for EU mandates), Sphere Consulting (Sarajevo-Belgrade-Zagreb axis for Western Balkans), BOLV legal network (8 Chinese provinces), MENHU Chinese partners. Timeline: 2015 founding, first court mandates in Podgorica. 2017 entry into Montenegro appraiser registry, Akvila.me platform. 2019 first EU mandates via Sphere Consulting. 2021 Donghua University MBA program, BOLV partnership, MENHU brand launched. 2023 first AI audit mandates, 30+ clients in 12 industries. 2025 consolidation of five verticals under one roof. 2026 plan: AI expert retainer, Sphere Consulting solo mandates, TEŽIŠTE pilot as trademark.
