This policy explains what personal data Schule d.o.o. ("Schule", "we") collects when you use schule.co.me, why we collect it, and your rights under Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU GDPR where applicable.
What we collect
When you contact us through the form, by email, by phone, or via WhatsApp, we receive the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
Strictly to reply to your inquiry, deliver the engagement you requested, and keep records required by law (e.g. accounting, professional liability). We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you requested, our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice, and statutory obligations. Marketing communications, where any, are sent only with your prior consent.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to engagements are kept for the period required by Montenegrin law (typically 10 years for accounting and expert-report files).
Sharing
Your data is accessible only to Schule personnel and, where strictly necessary, to processors bound by confidentiality (email delivery and hosting providers, accounting firm, partner law firm). If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, that message is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We do not transfer data outside Montenegro/EU without an adequate safeguard.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Requests: office@schule.co.me. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection of Montenegro.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and reports only aggregated figures (page, referrer, country, browser). Optional analytics tools are loaded only after you accept on the cookie banner. The contact form's anti-spam check (hCaptcha) loads only when you start filling in the form and processes technical data such as IP address and browser to tell people from bots. A small first-party preference is stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL with the date of last update.
